
The Ian McDougall Memorial Grant
Funding up to $5,000 for Equipment and Small Facility Upgrades
The Ian McDougall Memorial Grant program is made possible by a bequest from the estate of the late Ian McDougall. The Grant welcomes applications of up to $5,000 for not-for-profit community organisations to use on equipment and small facility upgrades. The grant has a funding pool of $30,000 annually.
This Grant may fund the following types of activities or projects:
- Assets the contribute to an organisation’s viability.
- Projects that enhance an organisation’s service delivery capacity, such as the purchase of
specialised equipment. - Minor facility improvements.
This application is also open for young people attending events in pursuit of their musical, artistic, academic, or sporting endeavours. Funding is available for young people who have been selected at a state level to represent nationally or selected nationally to represent internationally. The participation date of the event must be in the financial year of application.
